Welcome to Trailways Camp!
Jamie
Hello, my name is Jamie Senkeleski and I am the Camp Director here at Trailways Camps, Inc. Over the past year I have been able to learn, grow, and help create unforgettable memories for our campers. It is with great excitement that we are once again able to offer camp adventures for the 24-25 camp season for adults with special needs, and a respite opportunity for caregivers. We pride ourselves on providing a safe, fun filled camp experience full of laughter and once-in-a-lifetime memories.
As we begin the new season we would like to welcome all of our new campers, extend a great welcome back to our returnee campers, and welcome new and returning volunteers and guests. I am so eager to welcome you at these new Trailways Camp sessions and to everything that we have planned to make your time with us an unforgettable experience. Trailways Camp is “A Place Where You Are Something Special.”

To Our Dear Volunteers...
“We have learned over the years the Volunteers are the thread God uses to weave people together.” Volunteers of many ages, including family groups, have been one of the most exciting opportunities for growth that have become a highlight at Trailways Camp. There are volunteers who offer their musical talents at lunch, bring language, skills and past experiences that bring joy to all present. Some come for a few hours, Some for 1/2 day, some only for a specific activity, many for a whole day and some even ask to stay overnight. Flexibility is our guide. And we have learned that even if you wonder “What can I bring” —you can come and “Just be a friend.” While we ask you to register your activity interests we want to help make the Trailways Camp experience a growth opportunity for you too!
And yes, All Trailways Camp staff and volunteers must first pass a background screening. Volunteers/staff who stay overnight in the camper lodge at the campsite will need to pass a Level II background screening. You will be instructed on how to complete this screening by the Trailways Camp Director when they receive your Registration form.
